上饶曙光医院创办于1991年，专攻不孕不育24年。经省卫生主管部门审定，现已成为我市以生殖医学专业为特色，集医疗、教学、科研、保健为一体的二级综合性非营利医院，是新农合、城镇医保、特种行业、各大保险公司医疗保险定点单位。
上饶曙光医院座落于上饶市信州区解放路209号，地处上饶市城市中心地带。医疗用房面积2万余平方米，在编员工300余人，具有中专业技术职称的专家、教授20多人。其中包括全国生殖医学知名专家邱永生大夫、饶城内科名医郑华主任医师、"江西百名老中医"郭水娥主任医师、妇产科中青年专家郑鸿鸽主任医师。
